The most decorated house in town

We always spend xmas eve at Bill's mom and dad's house.  This year Bob bought himself a new super sized stocking!

It is hard to describe to someone who has never been over to Richard and Diana Blades' house, just how decorated it is!  There is literally not one foot of space not filled with decorations.  She has been collecting everything from snowmen, to precious moments, to reindeer, to snow misers, to santas, and the list can go on and on....
Our traditional dinner always includes Diana's chili, Bob's turkey chili for me and him, green beans, carrots, and macaroni salad.  Richard usually throws in one new side dish each year that is interesting.  This year it was crab salad.

Look really hard and you can see a frosty the snowman snowglobe, a penguin, some candles, Santa Claus, wreaths, poinsettias, and more!
We love Uncle Bob!  He makes things so much more fun.  We feel so blessed that he is healthy again.
Bill with two of his favorite things...his Iphone and a Dr. Pepper!
One of Diana's friends had just bought her a bunch of pieces for the Christmas Precious Moments village.  I can't think of a more perfect present for her!
Caleb loved looking at the moving Christmas village inside the cabinet.
Dylan got a gift certificate to one of his and Bill's favorite places to eat, Taco King.  Bill and Bob grew up riding their bikes down to Taco King and eating whole bottles of their hot sauce.  Even to this day, Bill only wants to go there if he can sit inside and have a whole bottle of hot sauce to himself!
Grandma got Gracie a new necklace.  I was really excited about how this picture turned out.  I was messing around with the settings on my new camera, and Gracie told me it looked very professional!
One of my goals for using my new camera is to take less posed pictures and just try to capture more happy moments.  I like this picture because I caught Grandma feeding Caleb, and he's laughing with a mouth full of food!

Bill brought his new Ipad over to their house, and after showing them pictures from Facebook, they spent the next hour making crazy pictures on photo booth!
I haven't seen Richard, Bill and Bob laugh so hard and be so silly in a long time.

While the bigger kids kept making faces into the Ipad, Caleb and Luke feel asleep watching christmas movies. I love to watch them sleeping! Can you see the snowman playing the piano on the table behind him? :)
